　　The Site Supervisor instills the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership through training and implementation. 　　Requirements:

　　Must be able to effectively lead and communicate with a team of officers

　　Must be ready to train and mentor new and current employees on specifics of site and Securitas policy/procedure

　　Strong customer service skills

　　High level of professionalism

　　Walking/standing for long periods of time

　　Flexible work availability

　　Strong computer knowledge needed

　　Valid driver's license

　　At least 18 years old
