  What you will do

  Under general supervision oversees required day-to-day activities of fieldtechnician team and plans monthly technician routes. Analyzes team performanceand recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and clientsatisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals.Ensures safety compliance.

  How you will do it

  Supervises and provides leadership for assigned Teams. Ensure developmentalplans are in place.Leads the execution efforts of assigned business. Ensures consistency ofdelivery systems. Monitors and tracks the business plans.Coordinates the team's work with sales to ensure all sales opportunities aresupported including linkage to installation opportunities.Raises potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriatebranch or region resource for strategic direction.Ensures that serviced account portfolios achieve growth, proper profitlevels and customer satisfaction.Recommends and supports staffing requirements for the assigned business.Serves as a communication channel to share the standard process strategies andresults enables SSNA vision.Implements plans to comply, and monitors standards for HVAC operations.Audits the effectiveness of operations and makes changes to improveperformanceEnsures that contractual obligations are completed, and customersatisfaction is achieved.Drives service and installation operational review meetings, reviewing bidsand estimates for accuracy.Effectively uses branch manpworkforce management and deployment of overallresources.Analyzes operations processes and provides recommendations for improvements.Performs other managerial responsibilities, i.e., performance reviews andacquisitions consistent with established business strategy.Recruits, hires and retains operational staff. Prepares and delivers clearperformance expectations, performance reviews, and development plans fordirect reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager. Ensuresa consistent level of coaching, which includes monthly one on one(s),operational and financial reviews.Works with team leaders to ensure proper workforce and skill levels for thesuccessful and profitable execution of the business.Performs other duties related to customer satisfaction, deployment ofpivotal initiatives to teams, development and maintenance of team businessplans and account management of service customers.

  What we look forRequired

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience.

  A minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVACservices.

  Three (3) years of experience in management role with responsibility forthe productivity and development of others.Preferred

  Master's Degree

  Eight (8) years' exper ence in an operational HVAC role with leadershipresponsibilities

  Six Sigma Green Belt

  HIRING SALARY RANGE: $83,700 USD-$111,800 USD (Salary to bedetermined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, andabilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)This position includes a competitive benefits package.
