As partof your role, you\'ll be significantly contributing to theorganization\'s growth. You\'ll be leading the seamless coordinationbetween various departments to meet operational goals at BRP. YOU\'LLHAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Lead and develop a team of 100+ employees,fostering an inclusive and engaged work environment. Work closely withcross-functional departments, including Human Resources, to hire,retain, coach, and develop employees. Oversee the day-to-day aspects ofwarehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverselogistics. Perform daily GEMBA Walks to observe employees, inquire abouttheir tasks, and identify productivity gain. Manage process improvementwithin each department when needed using a Kaizen process approach.Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to increase production, reducecosts, and improve quality through five key principles. Help manage andeducate employees on the 5S principles of a warehouse. Establish andmaintain a strong safety culture within the facility by enforcing safetymanagement plans, training, and processes. Monitor equipment maintenanceto ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Champion OSHA compliance andtrack incidents within markets. Maintain open and effectivecommunication within and between work groups and departments. Resolveissues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction. Manage Profit and Loss statements based on the complexityand scope of the organization. Make necessary adjustments to ensurefinancial targets are met.
