The Site Leader will manage overall manufacturing staff, processes, and equipment to include production operations, manufacturing engineering, and workforce utilization. They will lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. They will be fully accountable for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. This individual will also be responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships and ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to. They will implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices, and processes.
