　　Responsibilities:

　　Planning and Organization of Works:

　　· Preparation of the schedule for reinforced concrete works.

　　· Organization of the supply of materials and equipment necessary for the execution of reinforced concrete works.

　　· Coordination of the team's work and subcontractors.

　　Supervision of the Quality and Technology of Work Execution:

　　· Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the technical project, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and applicable regulations.

　　· Quality control of the materials and structural elements used.

　　· Supervision over the proper execution of reinforcement, carpentry, and concrete works.

　　Documentation of Work Progress:

　　· Keeping a construction log and executive documentation.

　　· Preparation of progress reports and acceptance documents.

　　· Archiving documentation related to the performed reinforced concrete works.

　　Communication and Cooperation:

　　· Maintaining constant contact with the investor, designer, and other construction managers on the site.

　　· Solving current technical and organizational problems.

　　· Receiving and considering remarks and reservations regarding the quality and pace of work

　　Requirements:

　　Native Romanian language knowledge

　　Fluent German language ( + English is an advantage)

　　University degree

　　2-3 years of relevant experience

　　Knowledge of MS Office

　　Project management skills
