This position is both administrative and hands on with 80% of your timespent in program with the children. Work hours are to be 30 hours a week(approximately 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon),which we classify as full-time . The Site Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervise teachers and other employees by ensuring your program is running tostandardEnsuring administrative functions are current to include state licensingrelated materialsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focusMeet with school administration to ensure your program is running efficientlyEnsuring state ratios are adhered to and are based on student attendanceCommunication with parents and families on a consistent basisExceptional classroom instruction and management skillsAbility to make adjustments to activities/labs to be inclusive to all studentsBe able to maintain a high level of confidentialityHighly detail oriented and organized in workDemonstrated leadership experienceOnboard and train new employeesAbility to meet assigned deadlinesPerform other duties as assignedPosition Requirements:
