Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) is hiring an Operations Analyst Trainer to serve as functional training advisor and assist continuity establishment for all USSF matters supporting assigned mission areas. Moreover, this position initiates, recommends, develops, and presents educational systems and courses, while maintaining contact with other subject matter experts to anticipate changes that may affect training materials.
The objective is to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for operational, technical, and management support functions at Delta 7 (DEL7) units, the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) element of the United States Space Force (USSF). Additionally, the objective is to support collection operations, production analysis, mission management and deployment operations for the areas of Mission Operations, Collection Management, and Training.
Anticipated Salary Range - $100,800 - $123,800
Responsibilities
Assist training managers with design and development of course materials for assigned subject matter areas that includes: reviewing existing course materials; identifying/defining/developing new specific topics of instruction, and identifying changes that need to be made to existing courseware.
Coordinate within Delta 7 to ensure course/training instructions are relevant, checklists are standardized, operations continuity books meet current job assignments/missions, and perform updates to operational training scenarios.
Assist in coordinating, reviewing, and recommending changes to requirements for equipment purchases and project management functions to ensure from a Systems Management approach for all technical and business aspects are clearly planned and properly executed for C4I systems in support of special programs related to Space Operations Command (SpOC)/ISR Operations Integration (S2Z) mission areas.
Coordinate and/or conduct surveys to appraise operations and programs.
Assess and analyze course evaluations submitted by trainees, trainers, and supervisors to maximize operational output and success.
Assist with and be prepared to represent the organization at training and technical exchange meetings.
Support training managers with/to monitor, and evaluate On the Job Training (OJT), military, and ancillary training programs ensuring training objectives and directives are achieved.
As necessary, instruct management and trainers on the concepts, scope, and objectives of ISR Operations Integration training programs to ensure compliance with DEL7, SpOC Operating Instructions (OI), and USSF standards.
Assist with scheduling and conducting Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) or similar, to evaluate unit and functional area training programs and determine compliance with current instructions and directives as required/necessary.
Establish and maintain Training Task Lists (TTL) for inclusion into training and testing scenarios #LI-SG1
Minimum Qualifications
Position requires TS/SCI, may be subject to a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph and SAP requirements
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Have at least four years of experience in SIGINT ops support and signals analysis
Have six years of experience as a training manager within the last 10 years
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of signals collection and management a plus.
May consider Space operations support background instead of SIGINT operations or signals analysis qualifications
Background with NSA processes preferred.
