Capable of managing at least 1 Agile Team.The Opportunity:Interprets the DevOps Tool/feature/component design to develop/support the same in accordance with specificationsAdapts existing DevOps solutions and creates own DevOps solutions for new contextsCodes, debugs, tests, documents, and communicates DevOps development stages/status of DevOps development/support issuesSelect appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguration of existing componentsOptimizes efficiency, cost, and quality of DevOps process, tools and technology developmentValidates results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solutionHelps Engineers troubleshoot issues that are novel/complex and are not covered by SOPsDesign, install, configure, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and softwareAble to automate infrastructure provisioning on cloud/in-premises with the guidance of architectsProvides guidance to DevOps Engineers so that they can support existing componentsWork with diverse teams with Agile methodologiesFacilitate saving measures through automationMentors A1 and A2 resourcesThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:Good experience in monitoring and supporting Siebel Systems.Proven experience in Siebel application support, including expertise in Siebel Tools, EIM, eScript, and workflows.Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and infrastructure components.Excellent skill set in analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying application/infrastructure issuesShould have experience in Cloud-based application support projectsFamiliarity with database systems, any SQL or NoSQL, preferably GraphDB (Neo4j).Passion to learn and adapt new technologies as per project needsShould have worked in client-facing roles and have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in effectively managing incidents and customer interactionsCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.Role Location: RemoteCompensation Range: $91,000-$137,000Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
