The International Autos Group is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships serving customers in the Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Chicago, Northwest Indiana markets and Minnesota. The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968. Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. The International Autos Group will do all they can to promote their employees' growth in the company.  Schedule is M-F We Offer: * Paid training * Paid vacation * Medical, dental, and vision * 401K * Closed Sundays Responsibilities * Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner. * Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays. * Assist with moving vehicle on the lot and test driving after repairs * Taking vehicle through car wash * Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel. * Run errands for the dealership as directed. * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times. * Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations. * Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations. * Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point. * Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.   Qualifications* High School graduate or equivalent * Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record * Good interpersonal skills * Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals * Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills * Professional appearance and work ethic * Positive outlook with a high-energy personality * Valid driver's license and clean driving record  We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
