　　Job Description:Operates the bagger packaging equipment, Ishida Scale system, and serves as the partner with overall responsibility for the operation of the bagger shred line. This includes coordination with positions and partners functioning both upstream and downstream of the bagger machine. Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. The operator is expected to work with and assist other operators to maximize production efficiencies. This position will also break the Case Packer, and Case Erector, so all operation functions must be known for all case packing equipment.

　　Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures and visual work instruction relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting TA/TL.
