  How you’ll live your ambition:

  As a Shop Merchandising Analyst , you'll be a key contributor to our Costa Shop Team in Genoa . In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Shop Operations Manager to elevate the guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee trends across the entire retail chain and manage the seamless flow of goods in and out of the store's supply chain. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on our retail operations and enhance the overall satisfaction of our guests.

  Demonstrate your passion

  As we explore new horizons, you will have the chance to embark on a unique journey within the fashion industry. Supporting the Merchandising Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy and manage selling patterns and the timing of future purchases.

  You will handle sales reports and analyses to influence product supply, inventory and assortment control, collection trends, and demand forecasting for our shops.

  We are eager to welcome your suggested actions that will drive improvements and insights across the business based on analytical evidence.

  Get things right

  How? You will conduct Sell-In/Sell-Out data analysis, competitive analysis for all shop categories, and oversee the timing and scope of seasonal replenishments.

  You will be responsible for ensuring "ad-hoc" analyses and project work to support strategic product or demand initiatives, identify business opportunities, and synthesize results to communicate them to a diverse audience across the organization.

  Safety First

  Crucial to ensuring an excellent guest experience, you will contribute to scheduling deliveries and oversee the shipping, receiving, and warehousing of merchandise.

  Of course, you'll maintain desired inventory levels and assortments.

  What makes you unique

  You have gained previous experience (at least 2-3 years) in similar roles or in analytical activities within the fashion industry.

  You have a genuine passion for the fashion industry and are curious, staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.

  Capable of navigating uncertain waters and charting a clear course through data analysis, you are a master using Excel. The ability to communicate effectively through clear reports and presentations in PowerPoint comes naturally to you.

  You are curious to firsthand experience our products to best convey the guest experience. Therefore, you are available to travel onboard our fleet.

  Your passion for learning and embracing feedback fuels your continuous growth.

  Thanks to your fluency in English, you don’t have cultural bounds.
