Support to set up a structured sales training program to enhance sales capability, which includes the measurement mechanism
Support to define sales capability level with a clear matrix
Define each level with clear KPI which meets company growth strategy
Coordinate internal resources to set-up training programs with specific content (product, solution and skills) for sales to fullfill as well as exam mechanism
Coordinate resources to deliver training as well as organize exams to regularly rate sales capability
Work out incentive / punishment program to ensure the sales fully obligate to follow the capability enhancement program (which sales merit increase, promotion, etc.)
Extend the training program to distributors if needed
Experience
Minimum 10 years working experience in marketing and sales related
Related sales training / education background >=5 years
Good communication and capable to leverage internal resources and able to do project management
Good presentation skill and able to influence customers and able to deliver training when necessary
Education
Bachelor degree or above with major in clinical, medical imaging and BME
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is essential
