Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage the front desk operations at our facility. This is a temporary position that requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, with mandatory over time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Logging in and out vendors, employees, and deliveries at the front desk.

Communicating effectively with both inbound and outbound drivers.

Collaborating closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and all on-site employees.

Monitoring security cameras and managing gate access for visitors.

Opening delivered boxes, verifying materials against packing slips, and signing off documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in a shipping/receiving, administrative, or similar role is preferred.

Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be able to complete a background check and drug test prior to employment.
