Overview

　　JOB PURPOSE:

　　Supports all inbound and outbound logistical functions within the distribution Center

　　Responsibilities

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　• UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping with use of postal machine.

　　• Order processing, pick, package, and ship.

　　• Answer telephones in a professional manner, provide requested service or direct the call to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.

　　• Follows instruction provided from Supervisor and works collaboratively with team members to fulfill orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

　　• Ability to operate electrically powered material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

　　Qualifications

　　EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　• High School diploma or equivalent

　　• 2+ years of experience preferred

　　• Works collaboratively in a team environment and takes direction from Distribution Supervisor.

　　GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

　　• Moderate level computer skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by

　　email, compose word documents, enter database information, download forms, and preserve/backup important data

　　• Comfortable working in a team environment

　　• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying a strong attention to detail.

　　• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, OSHA protocols and FDA requirements.
