Shipping Loader: Position Grade C
Position Objective
Perform all daily activities with accuracy for staging finished goods material in the shipping warehouse and loading trucks for customer satisfaction.
Training
Inteplast Basic Required Training (OSHA)

Forklift certification
On the job training with loaders that have experience as well as training from senior or Plant Management
Authority / Decision Making
Move finished production to shipping warehouse and staging areas.
Pull material for customer orders.
Load trucks, complete paperwork for shipping coordinator and then sign B.O.L.s
Count finished good material during yearly physical inventory.
Duties & Responsibilities
Task and Duties
Locate and receive finished good material.
Move pallets to designated areas.
Pull and stage the pallets from the Pick-Up List to loading area.
Load pallets on trailers per the Pick-Up List.
Inspect and maintain forklift before shift every day.
Clean warehouse and loading docks as needed.
Complete a Yearly Physical Inventory through the AS400 for NJ Headquarters.
Learn and keep Profile's recycling program going.
Follow safe work practices, keeping oneself and others free from harm and danger.
Willing to learn and follow instructions from superiors.
Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Physical and Visual Activity Required
Physical
Balancing, maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces.
Stooping, bending body downward and forward by bending spine and waist. Example: Changing paper in printer, copier machine.
Kneeling, bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
Crouching, bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.
Reaching, extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Example: Giving signals, reaching for material or handle on item.
Standing, particularly for sustained periods of time. Example: Making copies, giving presentations, directing traffic.
Walking, moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances.
Pushing, using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward.
Pulling, using upper extremities to exert force in order to drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
Lifting, raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. DEGREE OF LIFTING: 5-25 lbs
Fingering, picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in handling.
Talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; via face to face or telephone.
Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds with no less than a 40 db loss @ 500 Hz, 1,000 Hz and 2,000 Hz with or without correction. Ability to receive verbal communication and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
Repetitive motions, substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Example: filing, sorting mail, starting ignition of machinery.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months of shipping experience
Must be able to operate a Forklift.
Competent enough to communicate verbally as well as in the written word.
Basic math skills and organizational skills.

Confirm/verify production against confirmation list.
Duties & Responsibilities
Task and Duties
Verify "Warehousing Confirmation List" to make sure the pallets are accurate from production.
Receive and locate the pallets. Notify Sr. Loader of any abnormality.
Move pallets to designated area.
Pull and align the pallets from "Pick-Up List" to loading area.
Load pallets according to the "Pick-Up List".
Pull product according to the "Inventory Issuing Ticket".
Clean areas as assigned.
Inspect and maintain forklift before shift.
Assist Management to prepare for Year End Physical Inventory.
Attend and assist in counting pallets for Year End Physical Inventory.
Maintain Profile's recycling program.
Keep all Profile product clean and dirt free at all times.
Complete any other task assigned by Superiors.
