Description

　　In this role, the ideal candidate for the Crate Builder position will be a very detail oriented to build a wooden shipping crate per the specified dimensions of our customer orders and complete assembly for safe transport of customer products. This candidate must have previous experience operating a table saw, nail guns, staple guns, and other power tools.

　　Essential job functions are:

　　Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on work orders.

　　Prepare and move products for shipment using a forklift

　　Perform duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, banding, labeling operations, and sorting

　　Prepares finished product for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.

　　Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor

　　Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety policies

　　Qualifications

　　Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

　　Experience with pneumatic and power tools is required

　　Must have experience reading a measuring tape

　　Perform basic visual quality inspections on products

　　Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties.

　　Physical Requirements

　　May be required to stand for 80 % of the working schedule.

　　Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds

　　May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.

　　Shift

　　2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Training on 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for 2 weeks to 1 month).Pay

　　$16.00, DOE Plus shift differential of $0.75Qualifications
