Duties & Responsibilities: Creating and implementing a marketing and sales business strategy to accelerate growth of our global food service equipment business. Drive product innovation by targeting unmet user needs. Effective leadership of cross-functional teams to create and develop new products. Develop product marketing communications, working with cross functional commercial digital marketing and creative teams to launch new products more effectively. Partnering with sales team to develop and implement channel and key customer strategies to maximize sell-through of new products.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred. 5+ years relevant experience in product management, B2B product management experience preferred. Experience in strategic development and marketing related to new products. Proven record of effectively managing cross-functional teams. Strong team leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel, up to 10%. Strong analytical skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
