  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Shipping Analyst II to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  Manages the shipment of IT products, materials, and supplies for distribution to other warehouses, staging areas, or installation sites by collaborating and communicating with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, vendors, and others involved in product shipment.

  Ensure compliance with DoD, DOT, and other Regulatory Agencies shipping and transportation requirements and coordinate and schedule shipments with commercial or Government transportation organizations.

  Assists with packing and inspects packing for shipments to reduce damage in transport.

  Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments.

  Provide additional backup support for Receiving Analysts as required. This role has experience or familiarity with automatic identification like barcode scanning systems and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology

  This position may require 20% to 30% domestic and international travel. The Shipping Analyst II is a journeyman role in charge of all aspects of outbound IT-related materials. The Shipping Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel..

  Basic Qualifications

  2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

  6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience. Forklift Certification.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment.Security Clearance

  Active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  Clearance Requirements:

  Active Top Secret
