　　* What will I be doing? *

　　As Shift Engineer Supervisor, you are responsible to supervise the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including compliance, team leadership and energy conservation. A Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Supervise maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilitiesLead a team of maintenance professionalsMaintain the quality of the Hotel whilst adhering to the Hilton Brand StandardsEnsure preventative maintenance is carried out to the highest quality and standardEnsure all maintenance reports are followed up immediately and delegated out to the appropriate Team MemberLiaise on a daily basis with the Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer to ensure project work is being completed in time and to the correct specifications.Ensure a high level of communication is maintained with all other hotel departmentsProvide an exceptional service to our guests adhering to Hilton Brand standardsEnsure environmental awareness according to HiltonWhat are we looking for?
