　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a project located in Harlan, LA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-26/hou r based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Read and Interpret Blueprints or Product Specifications to Determine Process Sequence for Fabricating and Assembling Sheet Metal Products

　　Know How to Locate and Use all Drill Press Dies and Fixtures and Adjust to Make Part to Print

　　Use Various Measuring Instruments such as Tape Measure, Dial Calipers, Micrometer, Square, Protractor, Height Gauge, and Test Fixtures

　　Operate Hand Tools and Fabricating Machines such as Shears, Brakes, Presses, Punch Presses, Bandsaw, Miter Saw, Routers to cut, Pierce, Bend, Block, and Form or Straighten Materials

　　Trim, File, Grind, Debur, Buff, and Smooth Surfaces to Ensure the Functionality of the Produced Part

　　Maintain Accurate Timecards and Necessary Records

　　Move Materials as Required to Sufficiently Perform Duties

　　Detect and Report Improper Operation, Faulty Equipment, Defective Materials, and Unusual Conditions to Proper Supervision

　　Maintain Work Area and Equipment in Clean and Orderly Condition

　　Follow Prescribed Safety Rules and Regulations and Maintain Quality Standards

　　Take an Active Role in Understanding, Implementing, and Using 5S in all Activities

　　Requirements:

　　Associates Degree or Equivalent from 2 Year College or Technical School or 6 Months - 1 Year Related Experience

　　Must be able to work from Prints, Work Orders, Pick Lists, and Verbal or Written Instructions to Perform Duties
