Responsibilities:
Developing and acquiring NEW customers,implement sales strategies to drive revenue
growth and market share. Renewing keylarge EXISTING customers, workflow support,
customer advocacy, partnership with BPs toclose key deals.
Implement “Go-To-Market” strategy forresponsible area and set the sales targets forresponsible Business Development team
Prepare and manage the businessdevelopment budget, including forecastingrevenue, tracking expenses, and reportingregularly on performance.
Identify and prioritize new businessopportunities, including capital sales of diagnosticinstruments
Support Account Management team inrenewing key strategic accounts
Develop and implement comprehensivesales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gain by utilizing aconsultative sales approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto offer total solutions, combining instrument
sales with complementary diagnosticreagents.
Analyze market trends, competitivelandscape, government policy updates and customerfeedback to inform sales strategy andidentify areas for improvement.
Regularly report on sales performance,pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership
Manage business proactively incompliance regulations.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
10-years working experience inHealthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function.
Rich knowledge of sales cycle,opportunity management and negotiation tactics.
Excellent understanding of salesworkflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
Fully understanding of government policyof medical device industry
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
Business result-oriented, interculturalsensitivity, logical-thinking.
Positive attitude, be able to work
Bachelor degree or above with major inmedical, marketing, business or related
