Description

We are seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator Architect to help develop and customize tools within the Intranet while leveraging SharePoint's capabilities. This role requires expertise in SharePoint Online administration, architecture, and workflow development, rather than just standardized templates.

Key Responsibilities:

Customization Development: Design and develop custom tools for internal use, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint Online.

Content Document Migration: Move 80GB of documents and images, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and compliance.

Fresh Content Management: Implement strategies to pull, clean up, and update content across departments.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with various departments to align SharePoint functionality with their needs.

Administration Page Creation: Manage admin access, create SharePoint pages, and maintain them as templates without breaking updates.

Requirements

Strong SharePoint Online administration architecture experience.

Expertise in document migration, content management, and workflow automation.

Ability to train teams on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

Strong documentation skills to create reference materials for continuity.

Experience with legacy system remediation and transitioning to SharePoint Online.

Training Documentation:

Conduct training sessions for end-users on SharePoint usage, access, and permissions.

Develop workflow documentation for future reference, ensuring smooth transitions if personnel changes occur.

Legacy Platform Remediation: Assist in migrating and remediating legacy systems to SharePoint Online.

Security Compliance: Collaborate with IT, Infosec, and PM teams to ensure proper security protocols and compliance standards.
