　　Description:

　　Day to day work will consist of answering calls from the line to troubleshoot issues that occur with the injection molding machines and conveyor. Will also change molds, change colors, check time, heat, and pressure levels to ensure machinery is running effectively. Will be required to stop and restart the machines/conveyors utilizing the computer/tablet systems. Duties will also include cleaning up the resin/fall off, vacuuming, and some hose changes.

　　Shift/Environment:

　　2x2x3 Night Shift (6pm - 6am)

　　Temperature Controlled

　　Clean and very organized facility

　　Benefits:

　　Pay Progression: Starting pay is expected around $21-23 but a driven candidate realistically can be at the Setup 4 Pay Level of $27.91hr within 2 years.

　　This is also a great role to work your way into maintenance or automation as this company opens up all promotions within before recruiting externally.

　　When PERM;

　　2 Weeks PTO immediately

　　1 - Economy/Inflationary Raise (3-5%)

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Mechanical Aptitude is REQUIRED - maintenance, heavy equipment, troubleshooting, mechanic, and similar fields.

　　Prior experience with Injection Mold setting is a huge PLUS

　　Machine change overs and set up is also a big plus
