As a Services Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from UKI.
Your role:
Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts
Processing POs in the system which end with automatic request to transportation department
Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices
Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

You're the right fit if:
You have at least some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
You know English language on min. C1 level
You have an analytical mind
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
