　　As part of a Services organization,Services Project Manager coordinates services project driving customer's value realization. Executethe project withinthe defined targetedoutcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope andquality, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is Bayan Lepas, Penang(Malaysia).

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Review customer requirements and project scope

　　• Ensure on-time delivery

　　• Enforce project change management process

　　• Manage and resolve issues with all necessary internal and external stakeholders.

　　• Support project risk management

　　• Perform project qualitymanagement and managecompliance to standards, rules and regulations.

　　• Manage stakeholder expectations and execute projectcommunication

　　• Actively seek and provide feedbackfrom project team members, managers, and customers

　　• Measure project performance and provide updatesregularly for a realistic project forecast

　　• Assist the Programand Resource Managerto set up the projectteam

　　• Share experiences and support improvement initiatives in the project

　　• Align the project schedule with solution releases and value realization plan

　　• Define and agree to the project rolesand responsibilities with the customer

　　Mandatory Requirements:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ComputerScience or similar technical discipline

　　• 5 years or more of related experience with some relatedproject management hands-on experience are encouraged toapply

　　• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

　　• Strong verbal/written communication skill and teamwork

　　• Knowledge of ProjectManagement Process

　　Nice to have Requirements:

　　• Working knowledge on SDLC, Agile or other Software Delivery Framework

　　• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage

　　• Working experience in IT Software Development or Project Management

　　• Good understanding of digital manufacturing IT System aroundERP, CRM, PLM, MES and other Enterprise Systems
