Position Description:

The primary goals for interns are to gain an understanding of the Hensel Phelps Services process and to assist the site-specific supervisors in the project management work field. The internship program provides the intern and Hensel Phelps with an extended opportunity to evaluate if the fit is right for a long and successful career with Hensel Phelps after graduation.

Position Qualifications:

Undergraduate students majoring in Facilities Management, or other related majors and programs.

Strong communication skills.

Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite.

Ability to think critically and problem solve.

Essential Duties:

Assist with Site Projects.

Analyze available operational data and identify areas of opportunity.

Assist with site operations.

Research, define and develop initiatives, programs, best practices, protocols, etc.

Assist with quality control and support of our safety plan.

Other tasks as assigned.
