Our client, in Columbus, OH is seeking a ServiceNow Service Mapping Implementation Specialist to join their team.

　　Job Title: ServiceNow Service Mapping Implementation Specialist

　　Location: 100% off-site

　　Pay Range: $65-70/hr

　　What’s the Job?

　　Design and configure the ServiceNow Platform and ITOM applications based on leading practices to deliver solutions aligned to customer business outcomes.

　　Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping

　　Create new service maps/patterns for business applications.

　　Work closely with Business Analyst, Technical Architect and Application SME's to create new service maps

　　Able to perform discovery and resolve discovery errors.

　　Configure dynamic CI groups following CSDM frame work.

　　Implement de customization solutions for existing custom integrations/tables.

　　What’s Needed?

　　Broad IT experience of 10 to 12 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.

　　Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery and Service Mapping)

　　Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.

　　Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Architecture, ITOM suite, Health dashboards and CMDB audit certifications.

　　Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Architect and Application SMEs to create new service maps/patterns, resolve discovery issues and deploy the servicemaps.

　　Hands on experience on implementing Service Mapping for business applications and developing run processes.

　　Must have working experience with service graph connectors and discovery of cloud resources.

　　Must have working experience using CSDM framework & configuring dynamic CI groups.

　　Must have troubleshooting skills to solve the complex problems with Discovery, Service Mapping, cloud integrations &Health dashboards.

　　Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML, web services and API's
