  ServiceNow Technical Architect who will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple internal and customer-facing projects resolving highly complex technical issues for Truist Insurance Holdings ServiceNow Platform.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  The overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery.

  The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans and integrity of the ServiceNow application.

  Ensuring the solution delivered is engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

  Driving the rollouts of new apps and modules, capable of enhancing configuration and workflows initiated within projects or change requests, works closely with ServiceNow Dev team to deliver successful solutions for internal and commercial stakeholders/customers.

  Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS platform.

  Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform.

  Design, implement, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the CMDB with external sources of data (e.g.: Azure Monitoring Tools Dynatrace, pager Duty, SCCM, etc.)

  Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of CM and Discovery governance processes, procedures, and policies.

  Acting as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery Overseeing application and workflow configuration

  Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components

  Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance.

  Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

  Ensure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB and the processes that depend on the CMDB.

  Create written architecture view templates for and document CMDB platform design in conjunction with the CMDB Class Manager

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge.

  Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.

  Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.

  Ability to lead complex projects.

  Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.

  Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.U87

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or business management 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace.

  4+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology. Prefer certification(s) with Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect.

  Or at least 8 Certifications from ServiceNow

  Certified ServiceNow Admin

  Certified Application Developer

  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

  Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.

  Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to deliver.

  In addition to domain expertise, they should be comfortable interacting outside of the IT department with the business.

  They should have a high degree of business proficiency, professional maturity, and poise.

  Critical thinking and working in unfamiliar sectors will be required.

  Being part of modern, developing teams and have implemented ServiceNow technologies and delivering ServiceNow projects.

  Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM implementations, with multiple stakeholders ̶ recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes.

  Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of an engagement.

  Excellent communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organizational skills; willing to take responsibility and act independently.

  Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations

  Experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITOM / CMDB solutions in ServiceNow environments.

  Expert level proficiency in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management)/CMDB product line. Experience in developing customized patterns, probes and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
