　　What will you be doing?

　　• Gathers and analyzes information, troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, procures components and parts.

　　• Identifies solutions for customers.

　　• Creates and processes RMAs.

　　• Documents necessary service actions.

　　• Determines warranty / non-warranty coverage.

　　• Coordinates preplacement, repair and return shipments.

　　• Generates quotes for out-of-warranty replacements.

　　Required SkillsRequired Experience

　　All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

　　• High School diploma with 1-2 years related experience. CompTIA A+ certified or ability to achieve within the first 6 months of employment.

　　The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

　　• General PC hardware and software knowledge.

　　• Ability to troubleshoot PC and peripheral products at system level.

　　• General knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, etc.

　　• Excellent attention to detail.

　　• Be familiar with the company’s safety and health policy and program.
