About Service Technician

　　Participate in the company's training program to learn about our products, services and procedures. Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances. Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with appliances. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times. Note: Applicants, be sure to inform business that you heard about this opening from the NYS Department of Labor.
