　　ABOUT THE JOB:

　　Our Clearspan Service Technicians are multi-functional, supporting maintenance and readiness duties in support of our custom Clearspan projects and inventory.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

　　Service technicians may perform a variety of tasks including:

　　Perform quality inspections and counts of inventory

　　Perform off-rent or return inspections to determine scope of work for required repairs or damage rebills required for customers

　　Organize, label and store component building materials and assets

　　Perform repairs or modifications to inventory to ensure materials are ready for use at required levels to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations including:

　　Cleaning/washing

　　Painting

　　Affixing or installing custom designed components

　　Metalwork

　　Component fabrication

　　Fabric and/or seaming repairs

　　Repair or maintenance of interior or exterior furnishing, lighting, or other supporting materials or fixtures

　　Fully comply with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations

　　Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts/VAPS needed for service tasks

　　Perform service-related tasks in the yard as requested

　　Complete appropriate paperwork to document work and inventory

　　May be assigned duties at field locations as business needs

　　EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Required:

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must

　　Extensive experience with power tools

　　Knowledge of light carpentry, electrical, plumbing

　　Unwavering commitment to safety

　　Good communication skills and ability to engage professionally with customers, co-workers, vendors, and contractors

　　The ability to work outdoors and at height

　　Preferred Requirements:

　　Forklift certification

　　Welding experience
