お客様の期待する要件をヒアリング・精査し、期待値を満足するカスタマーサクセスサービスのソリューションの検討、お客様への提案・プレゼンテーションを行い、案件契約締結までの営業支援を行います。
また、お客様の予算とカスタマーサクセスサービスのデリバリコストやリスクとのバランスを考慮し、オラクルやカスタマーサクセスサービス部門の戦略を踏まえてお客様との会話を進めます。また、オラクル内他部門やカスタマーサクセスサービス部門内(営業部門、デリバリ部門、海外エンジニア部門など)と協調して問題点やリスクの検討をするためのコミュニケーションを図り、お客様のプロジェクトスケジュールを踏まえた時間軸を考慮した最適なソリューション提案を進めます。
Carefully understand the customer's requirements, arranging customer success service solutions that meet their expectations, preparing proposals and presentations to the customer, and providing sales support to close the deal.
We need to prepare appropriate solutions based on considering not only to meet customers budget and our delivery cost but also to avoid project risk.
In addition, to collaborate and communicate with other LOBs and Customer Success Services stakeholders (e.g., sales, delivery and global) in order to review issues and risks, and proceed the proposal with our recommendation to meet the customer timeline.

複雑で大規模なソリューション提案をリードし、お客様そしてオラクルの成功に導くために技術面だけではなくプロセス、コミュニケーション等あらゆる面での積極的な関与が必要です。
As a service solution specialist based on experienced and up-to-dated Oracle technologies and knowledge of industry standard technologies or services, to define customers requirements and make appropriate service proposals, also make a trust relationship with the customer CxO, IT managers as well as other LOBs within Oracle.
The candidate must be actively involved in all aspects, not only technical, but also process, communication, etc., to lead complex, large-scale solution proposals and ensure the success of our customers and Oracle.
