About Service Representative

　　As a Service Representative, your responsibilities will be:•Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, including Credit Unions and Financial institutions, as a Service Representative in Card Products and applications Customer Service.•Provides comprehensive customer service, which involves supporting clients' operations and handling service calls through the card products catalog tickets.•Conducts training sessions for users of card products and merchant applications. Manages incidents promptly and diligently, ensuring clients' expectations are met.•Offers support to clients in using the application correctly and provides guidance in credit requests or any application transactions.
