JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is looking for an entry-level ProjectCoordinator for a contract-to-hire position at our Brookfield, WIclient. This role requires the right person to be onsite initially fortraining and job shadowing then can work remotely. Under the guidanceand supervision of the Service Operations Manager, work closely with theSales, Service and Operations teams, and directly with customers toorder, schedule, resource, track, quality- check and report upon serviceengagements. Maintain status and schedule information for all plannedand active engagements and provide regular summary reports. Facilitatecommunication and reporting with internal and external customers on theoverall state, status and progress of engagements. Responsibilities:Meeting with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitateunderstanding of all vital aspects of the project/engagement.thecreation, review, exchange and execution of documents related toengagements, including statements of work, master service agreements,change orders and project deliverables. Facilitating the creation,review, exchange and execution of documents related to engagements,including statements of work, master service agreements, change ordersand project deliverables. Post-saleSpecial Project Management and Facilitation (e.g., recurring Warehouseassistance (providing necessary instruction and information to warehouseteam which includes managing SharePoint site). Ensuring that all teammembers understand the scope of the project/engagement as well as whatthey are individually responsible for. Track availability and negotiatebetween professional resources, their managers, and customers tocoordinate and schedule engagements. Maintain a portfolio of planned andactive projects and regularly report on risks, issues, state, status,and schedule of the engagements in the portfolio. Capture and maintainkey cost, quality, and schedule metrics for completed engagements.Define, communicate, and manage tasks and activities. Execute onassigned project activities, communication, scheduling, and reportingConduct data collection, analysis, processing, and reporting related toprojects, infrastructure, and support activities Reconcile hoursdelivered against invoicing and address exceptions Work with Finance toreport completion of engagements and verify invoicing Scheduling teammeetings and coordinating the same with other members.
