　　Stark Tech is in search of a skilled Service Operations Manager to join our fast growing team. If you have the ability to ensure the successful completion of all service work in the most profitable and efficient manner we want to talk to you!

　　How are you successful in this role?

　　The ideal candidate will be have the ability to provide leadership and oversite of the service department. Must be able to successfully complete all service work with focus on financial performance and cost management of all LOBs. Understand how to manage, train and develop a team of service technicians, which includes customer service skills, technical knowledge, efficiency, and safety. This role requires a candidate who is highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced setting.

　　What are we looking for?

　　High School Diploma or equivalent required.

　　10 years' related experience in the BAS industry, with a history of working in service.

　　Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced required.

　　Must be able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.

　　Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

　　What would we love to see?

　　Associate's degree.

　　Prior experience as a Service Manager/Supervisor.

　　In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and Building Automation Systems.

　　Familiarity with service management software systems.
