　　The Service Operations Administrator is responsible for Service-related documentation, ensures processes are followed, acts as a gate keeper for order booking / invoicing.

　　This position is part of the Americas Service Department and will be located remote.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Providing office-based support to Field engineers working remotely

　　Support for entry Purchase Requisition, liaising with Procurement and finance department for all Service purchases

　　Provide customers return documentation for 3rd party service work and work with customers to ensure units are returned correctly and on what timeframe.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Strong ERP & MS office skills (SAP, Qview, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)

　　3+ Years relevant experience in industrial sales or service environment

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
