Customer Service ExcellenceEnsure customer satisfaction through accurate problem diagnosis andtimely, cost-effective repairs. Collaborate with the shop foreman andwarranty administrator to optimize service efficiency. Handle customercomplaints efficiently, portraying the company in a positive light.Oversee and audit completed work to gauge customer satisfaction. SafetyManagement Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness of the shop, buildings,and grounds. Audit adherence to safety guidelines, including OSHA,local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct routine walkthroughs toensure a safe and secure work environment. Enforce safety rules andregulations. Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meettransportation, operations or production goals. Review orders,production schedules, blueprints, or shipping or receiving notices todetermine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, ordestinations. Inspect or test materials, stock, vehicles, equipment, orfacilities to ensure that they are safe, free of defects, and consistentwith specifications. Confer with customers, supervisors, contractors, orother personnel to exchange information or to resolve problems. Monitorfield work to ensure proper performance and use of materials. Dispatchpersonnel and vehicles in response to telephone or radio reports ofemergencies. Drive vehicles or operate machines or equipment to completework assignments or to assist workers. Maintain or verify records oftime, materials, expenditures, or crew activities. Interprettransportation or tariff regulations, shipping orders, safetyregulations, or company policies and procedures for workers. Prepare,compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production,or work-related accidents. Resolve worker problems or collaborate withemployees to assist in problem resolution. Recommend or implementpersonnel actions, such as employee selection, evaluation, rewards, ordisciplinary actions. Perform or schedule repairs or preventivemaintenance of vehicles or other equipment. Explain and demonstrate worktasks to new workers or assign training tasks to experienced workers.Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repairservices. Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation,equipment performance, work methods, or customer services. Examine,measure, or weigh cargo or materials to determine specific handlingrequirements. Compute or estimate cash, payroll, transportation,personnel, or storage requirements. Assist workers in tasks, such asloading vehicles. Direct workers in transportation or related services,such as pumping, moving, storing, or loading or unloading of materials.Plan and establish schedules. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Progressive agriculture/constructionequipment-related work experience and education preferred. Outstandingskills in diagnosing and determining repairs for equipment. In-depthknowledge of OEM requirements and the ability to resolve wide range ofequipment failures. Previous supervisory or management experience is aplus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Strong leadership skills with a customer service orientation. Proficientin Microsoft Office.
