Scope: The Service Maintenance Technician is a member of the Kyana Warehouses (Kyana Main, ASR Solutions and Bethlehem Die Cutting), responsible for providing quality service/repairs on company and customer equipment, and warehouse services for the company. Service/repairs are performed in-house at the Kyana warehouses and on-site at customer locations. The Service Maintenance Technician also uses various skills to perform a variety of duties, that may change daily depending on the particular warehouse needs.

Ability to read and understand service manuals, prints and technical drawings and translate into service action required. The ability to understand directions. Ability to stick to work task plan with minimal direction from manager, using efficient time management. Ability to use RF Scanners and good working knowledge of computers. Ability to pass forklift certification. Ability to do appropriate paperwork. Ability to seek direction when necessary. Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors and coworkers. Lastly, a valid drivers license with clean driving record (insurable)
Education:Two-year technical school or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience: 1-5 years prior service experience is preferred but not required.

This position will usually work in a warehouse environment that is heated and is subject to multiple weather conditions when the bay doors are open and when loading or unloading cargo.
