Asa member of the Onboarding team within OnDemand Services, you will play apivotal role in supporting Onboarding, Client Testing, and Implementationtechnology projects for Visa's Client Services organization.Your primary responsibility will be to lead the project implementationprocess, overseeing the technical project lifecycle from inception todeployment. Success in this role requires the ability to cultivate bothinternal and external client relationships, manage multiple projectsconcurrently, and influence stakeholders to ensure projects are completed ontime and within budget.A key part of your role will be translating business processes into robustrequirements, making sure the information is comprehensible to technologyProgram Managers, Product Offices, and business operations partners.

  Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  Collaborate with business and technology Program Managers to facilitateprojects from inception to end-user delivery, including post-deploymentsupport for tool enhancements, fixes, and continuous improvement.

  Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to comprehend business needs andrequirements. Deliver data-driven insights and results in a comprehensiveBusiness Requirements Document (BRD).

  Coordinate project teams effectively with minimal supervision, ensuringtimely completion of projects within the allocated budget.

  Refine user stories to develop functional requirements and/or solutiondesign documentation.

  Work closely with Client Services teams, technology partners, productowners, and other stakeholders to define problems, develop businesscases, select solutions, elaborate on requirements, and overseedevelopment, testing, and deployment.

  Serve as a strategic advisor to organizations within OnDemand Services,acting as a liaison between business leaders, technology developmentteams, and outsourced partners.

  Drive operational efficiency by initiating innovative solutions to optimizeoperational tools used by Client Services, focusing on reducingownership/usage costs and maximizing return on investment.

  Communicate technical solutions effectively to business partners, explainingdeployment, usage, fit within the overall technology architecture, andalignment with systems strategy.

  Analyze and merge data from various sources, resolving any discrepancies.

  Decompose complex, high-level information into detailed components.

  Support strategy and technology investment roadmap development for ClientServices.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between bothremote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from theoffice 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with ageneral guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based onbusiness needs.QualificationsBasic Quali ications:* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or atleast 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters,MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD* Expertise in requirements documentation, application development, andproject management methodologies.* Proven success while working in a collaborative environment.* Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.* Demonstrated problem-solving and change management skills.* Exceptional time management skills.* Self-motivated individual capable of managing workload with minimalsupervision.* Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.* Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with business,product, and technology partners.* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to adaptquickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.* Ability to collaborate across functional areas, global regions, and withkey stakeholders.

  Preferred Qualifications:* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or moreyears of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
