  Job Summary:

  Receipt, review, and record of Part’s inquiry, to ensure all parts capability to meet & match to Job as assign and improve capability to all Chiller with Standard Operating Procedures

  Managing service technician team activities to ensure effective implementation of and compliance with divisional procedural/systems requirements, etc.

  Maintain and update all controlled files such as DFSD & Oracal system, Job & parts transfer Instructions, CAT system & product Specific etc.

  Overseeing the allocation/assignment/scheduling of service teams to ensure they have been carried out appropriately, and in efficiency manner.

  Perform and providing on the job training to new service staff to continuous improvements to enhance productivity of service team and operational efficiency.

  Orders and purchases & verifies parts numbers from appropriate system; prepares purchase request

  Take responsibility for all the update parts in DFSD system.

  Spare part master data management in various ERP systems

  Maintenance and coordination of spare parts inventory in various stock locations

  Create and maintain global spare part management processes

  Key role in various spare part logistics collaboration projects

  Handling of spare part warranty cases and attend failure analysis

  Spare part usage data collection, analysis and reporting.

  Receive and process parts with good delivery to fulfillment team, check parts received against purchase invoice, and distribute to fulfillment Team to complete task on time and matching with schedule..

  Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories merchandise, parts history, of Chiller’s to team.

  Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction. Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase. Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirement needs.

  Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.

  Manage and participate in the update’s execution plan according to established terms and conditions.

  The position is accountable for strictly complying with IR’s Code of Ethics.

  21. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain EH&S goals and objectives and complying with EH&S policies, applicable rules, procedures and regulations.

  Qualifications:

  · Specific skills : Basic computer Knowledge

  · Desirable experience : has experience in air conditioning system would be an advantage.

  · Good interpersonal skills and strong service mind. , Enthusiastic, willing to learn and hard working. Able to work for overtime or holiday, also upcountry and neighbor countries sometimes.

  · Supervise the sub-ordinates employees to follow the safety operating procedure and safety manual.

  · Analyse and identify hazard in responsible job / function.

  · Conduct safety training to the employees.

  · Supervise the employee to wear personal protective devices.

  · Promote and encourage safety program in the facility.

  · Follow the safety procedure and guide as assigned by the management level.
