To provide quality and professional coordination support to the Emerson customer base for all Emerson Final Control products in Saudi Arabia .
Job Description
Responsible for interfacing with customers, suppliers, LBPs in functional areas such as Quotation coordination, order processing, material planning, delivery schedule/status update of in house and field services.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all regional interaction with MEA Customer service team impact partners, customers &sales teams to ensure service requirements are met to the highest standards with a particular focus on continuous improvement.
Coordination with MEA Customer Service team, Field and Depots for scheduling and availability.
Create and maintain daily schedules for Depot and field services
Communicates regional forecasted demand requirements and escalates in advance.
Ensuring a robust demand management process is in place and maintained to achieve 100% customer service level simultaneously driving to meet Emerson’s operational/financial goals.
Ensure unique reference numbers are maintained and tracked throughout quote to cash process
Provide information on the status of orders / progress to Customers / LBP for Depot and field services.
Collaborates with supervisors and Engineers to receive schedules in a timely manner and avoid scheduling issues.
Engages with vendors to ensure supply needs are met and maintained for spare parts, equipment consumables and resources.
Document and report key information to supplier performance.
Interface, communicate and incite expedited delivery with WA HQ Customer service team for FCTL products in various world areas (EU, NA & AP)
Perform regular monitoring and follow up of Critical orders (example: order for shut down)
Access JDE/JDI system for orders details and update the factory acknowledged ship dates and/or reschedule dates.
Assist Logistics coordinators with the preparation of necessary shipping documents as and when required
Ensure services rendered final job packs and invoiced and final copy filed.
Follow up time sheets and supporting docs of service engineer and time sheets for completed jobs to allow timely invoicing
Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
Coordinate with regional HQ for any required documents requested by customers related to gate passes / Site access.
Preparation of documents for customer Site ID’s
Planning and coordination of customer visit for STO’s and inspections
Coordination with Sales teams and local business partner to collect and review all forecasted tasks
Run and maintain demand planning and project plans and update on daily basis
Run and maintain cadence calls with local business partner and MEA Customer Service team for all current job status.
Adherence to STO processes throughout all steps implementing and maintaining check lists for all tasks
Issue Job packs to Supervisors and engineers
Collect required parts / materials / tools prior to completion of STO Projects and Maintenance work, Audit Content of Work Scope, Finalize Resource/Equipment Plan, Safety & PPE Checklists, Complete Communications Strategy.
Monthly reporting of Metrics and KPI
Maintain compliance and procedures as per Emerson policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
