Wolter, Inc., a material handling industry leader is looking for a full-time Service Center Administrator.  Based out of our Fairfield location, this position is responsible for providing administrative service and parts support to our team of Field Service Technicians.  At Wolter we're on a mission to move, store, and power the world more efficiently.  You're part of a team that is connected like family and committed to making an impact.   

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Place requisitions for parts (via computer) as needed.Assist our technicians with their parts needs, to include helping them determine which parts are needed and source out if not in stock.Pull parts from stock to fill orders.Assist walk-in customers with their parts needs.Assist with the annual parts physical inventory.If assigned, perform physical inventory of road vans and/or consignments.Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Coordinate deliveries & pick-ups with truck driver - print delivery shippers for completed jobs.Update delivery log for shop jobs.Assign shop jobs to techs.Manage status of current shop jobs, keep customer aware of status.Follow up pending shop quotes to obtain permission from customer to proceed with repairs.Review paperwork from techs, charge out oils, batteries, etc from paperwork.Obtain proper approval for Rental/TM&R repairs.Approve shop service invoicing prior to billing.Prepare all service proposals for shop jobs, to include additional repairs found once a job is started in the shop. (including parts & labor).Schedule and administration of outside repairs needed.Backup shipping/receiving duties.Perform other related duties as assigned. Requires demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, to lead people and get results through others, to think ahead and plan, must have excellent communication skills, good computer proficiency, and commitment to company vision and mission.
