Your role

　　Are you a strategic thinker? Are you passionate about building relationships? We are looking for someone like you to:

　　• undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks

　　• provide support and advice for Team Associates and Financial Advisors

　　• ensure that Operations processes - like order entry and trade error processing - comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies

　　• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function

　　• maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

　　You'll be working within a WMA Office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

　　Your expertise

　　• ideally 1+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

　　• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance

　　• excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

　　• detail oriented

　　• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
