About Service Agreement Coordinator

  Ace Solves It All is Central Florida's # 1 service provider for Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning. We are currently looking for someone to manage and grow our service agreements. We offer our customers, service agreements for all the trades we perform. This position involves scheduling the recurring services, renewing expiring memberships, and adding more agreements from our customer base. The job requires working 10am till 7pm with one weekend day coverage. Our office is based out of Kissimmee. Essential Duties:• Modify, update, and maintain agreements and associated documentation, processing, and communicating changes.• Keep an accurate count of active members• Manage existing agreements, ensuring that money and services are deferred properly• Create and transmit (mail, email) invoices for service agreements• Renew expiring service agreements in a timely manner• Answer client questions related to agreements and recurring services• Monitor service agreements for recurring services provided to clients• Contact and schedule upcoming recurring services• Verify accuracy of deferred billing per service provided • Process monthly billing every 15th of the month• Monthly mail outs for expiring members as well as new member packets• Follow-up on calls to confirm completion and satisfactory service• Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating problems to appropriate teams and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client• May provide back-up support as necessary to inbound call centerKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.• Skilled in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations.• Ability to engender trust from supervisors, co-workers, and clients.• Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and clients.• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner.• Ability to accept constructive criticism.• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.• Ability to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and maintain confidentiality.• Ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas competently.• Ability to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities.• Ability to treat clients professionally and courteously.• Some accounting knowledge preferred for deferral process.
