　　Stark Tech is currently seeking a full-time Service Administrator. The primary responsibilities of this role include offering administrative support to our service department. We are in search of a collaborative individual with excellent customer service and computer skills to join our team!

　　How are you successful in this role?

　　The Service Administrator is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, work orders, service jobs, and backup folders. They support management by handling timesheets for field employees, ensuring accurate job types and categories. Additionally, the administrator scans and files purchase orders (POs) and packing slips related to service/equipment purchases and material sales. Billing for monthly service agreements and work orders, following up on open work orders and repairs, and establishing warranty systems when necessary are also part of their duties. The role includes managing all job data, including labor and material costs. Collaborating with the Marketing Team, the Service Administrator facilitates the ordering of company-branded clothing for field employees.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

　　At least 2 years of related experience required.

　　Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC/building controls/construction industry is essential.

　　Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required.

　　Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

　　Can multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

　　Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

　　Must be knowledgeable of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

　　Highly proficient with accounting software.

　　Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

　　Highly detail orientated.
