Server Support Technician
We are looking to onboard a Server Support Technician to help assist our clients supporting their technical needs, troubleshooting, and identifying replacement needs, etc. We are a Server Solutions company supporting enterprise level clients throughout the US. The technician will be stationed in our client support office located in the Hudson County NJ area. The hired technician will be performing phone support troubleshooting our products remotely, documenting all actions taken, and identifying specific issues to determine level of support.
Schedule:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Required:
Must hold technical degree (technical certificates acceptable)
Must hold solid experience supporting Windows/Linux servers
Must have great communication skills (Verbal/Written)
Must be willing to work in office 5 day work week
