Overtime may be available/not guaranteed at\$27.20/hr. Employees must complete company training (paid). This is atipped position and the allowed tip credit per FLSA guidelines will beused to meet the offered wage.

　　Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages to patrons at tables inthe restaurant. Responsible for keeping tables clean & clear, dailyside-work including stocking paper products, emptying trash, sweepingsection & common areas. Servers will be required to lift, carry, walk,sit, push, pull, and able to move continuously during work hours. Someareas of the restaurant are stairs access only. Must be able to liftand/or carry up to 40 lbs. Hours may vary based on business needs.Requirements may vary based on COVID cleanliness and sanitationrequirements.

　　Education/experience: No educational experience is required. Noexperience is required.

　　Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wagesdue & workers will be paid weekly. Optional housing may be availableemployer can assist in finding housing; housing rates approx. \$85 -\$125 per week depending upon availability & type/style; can be payrolldeducted; \$200 or greater deposit. Optional meals may be available ifemployee elects to utilize such a service then they can be payrolldeducted; costs range \$3-\$10 per meal. Employer will make alldeductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law. Employer willreimburse employee of all visa, visa processing, border crossing, andother related fees, included those mandated by government, incurred bythe H-2B worker. The employer will provided the workers at no charge alltools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Shift willvary based on business demands; open 7 days per week. Typical shifts3pm - 8pm but may vary. Day, evening, holiday & weekend shifts arenecessary. Days off vary. Employer guarantees to offer work for hoursequal to at least \'s of the workdays in each 12 week period of thetotal employment period. After the completion of 50% of the work period,employer will, in the next pay cycle, reimburse the H-2B worker fortransportation and subsistence costs from the place from which theworker has come to work for the employer to the place of employment, asrequired by 20 CFR 655.18(b)(12). Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or payfor worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place worker originally departed to work, exceptwhere the worker will not return due to subsequent employment withanother employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursementwill be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier forthe distances involved. The employer will pay for daily subsistence atleast \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts. All transportation costs are to be pre-approved and receiptsmust be submitted.
