　　Job Description

　　Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate, Adobe Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will translate client requirements into technical designs and lead teams implementing strategies using components of the Adobe Platform to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments. You will also coach and mentor team-members on guidelines and best practices for developing solutions using Adobe Platforms.

　　Your Impact

　　Develop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe’s AEM product suite, including Web Content Management (WCM), DAM and Social Collaboration

　　Estimate, design, code, test and deploy small to large-sized modules of a marketing technology project using one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.

　　Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation and syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.

　　Apply deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe solutions like Analytics and Campaign to make appropriate technical decisions

　　Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.

　　Manage a team of up to 5 developers and quality engineers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the clients’ requirements to the highest quality standards

　　Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used

　　Participate in team activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and retrospectives

　　Diagnose and resolve technical problems including defects and platform limitations

　　Perform Adobe Product Administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, security, backup/restore

　　Qualifications

　　Your Skills and Experience

　　5+ years of architecting and implementing Adobe solutions

　　Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring

　　Deep understanding of and hands-on development experience with relevant 'Java CMS' frameworks including Apache Sling for content-centric application development, JCR and JSR-170 / JSR-283 for Content Management, JSR-168 and JSR-286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development

　　Proficient in Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process

　　Good understanding of Adobe AEM WCM capabilities including multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred

　　Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes

　　Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Day CQ / Adobe AEM with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferred

　　Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)

　　Experience in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target and Adobe migration project

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

　　Level: Senior Associate L2

　　Pay Range : $120,000 -150,000 (Flexible on salary depending on overall experience)

　　The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work itself.
