　　Employer: Metropolis Country Club, 289 Dobbs Ferry Road, White Plains, NY 10607.

　　Duties: Serve food, water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Present menus, take orders, relay order to kitchen. Complete side work, clear tables, carry dishes from dining room to kitchen, keep station areas clean. Supply clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes in dining room. Assist with set-up, cleaning, opening/closing of restaurant/food and beverage area. May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment, at banquet events, or serve customers via golf cart. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed.

　　Requirements: No minimum education required, no experience required. Must be able to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 25 pounds or more and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance, articulate in English.

　　Work Hours: shifts vary, Mon-Sun, 7am-11pm, 35 hours/week minimum at $23.01/hour minimum. Overtime possible (but not guaranteed) at $34.52/hour. Must be available to work split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Optional employer-provided multiple occupancy housing available with utilities at no cost to worker. Employer offers 1 meal per day free of charge to the worker.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer to provide company-specific washable uniforms at no charge to the worker.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Most economical and reasonable cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed only if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where the worker does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
