Fourteen (14) of temporary, full-time server positions available. Datesof need 04/01/2024 - 11/15/2024. Positions available in the followinglocation: 125 Shore Road, Ogunquit, ME 03907.
Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages to patrons. Assistbartender and make drinks. Clean and set up tables. Carry, scrape, andstack dirty dishes. Restock clean dishes, silverware, and linens.Requirements: No minimum education or experience required. Schedule:Monday through Sunday (rotating schedule varies). Shifts: 6:30am to1:30pm, 1:30pm to 8:30pm, 4:30pm to 11:30pm (rotating shifts, shifthours vary). Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Employerwill offer at least (no less than) 35 hours per week. Pay: \$18.66/hr,OT varies at \$27.99/hr. Optional employee housing available at a rateof \$150 per week to be deducted from paycheck. On the job trainingprovided. Workers paid bi-weekly. Single workweek used to compute wagesdue. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheckrequired by law and optional housing, if applicable.
Inbound/Outbound transportation & subsistence: If the worker completes50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the workerfor transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workersvoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistenceprovided at a rate of at least \$15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Daily transportation: Workersare responsible for their own daily transportation to and from theworksite.
Visa & related expenses: Workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassport fees) by check separate from payroll. Tools: Employer willprovide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment requiredto perform the job. Guarantee: Employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period oftotal employment period.
